At We The Brotherhood, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We pour care, prayer, and purpose into every item, and we stand behind our products with integrity and a heart to serve.

This Refund Policy explains our return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition with tags still attached.

  • Products must not have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • We kindly ask that returns are sent back in the original packaging when possible.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-designed products

  • Engraved items (such as tumblers)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Contact us at info@wethebrotherhood.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

  • Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective).

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you paid for expedited shipping, those costs are also non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.

7. Exchanges

  • We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors when available. Please follow the same return process above.
